When I happen to visit properties like this for the first time, surrounded by lush and wild nature, I bring with me a notebook in which I put down the first, true feelings that the visit leaves me with, … sensations that otherwise are fading away, almost immediately after my visit. Reaching the property is a true eight-minute sensory journey from the nearest pretty village: in fact, it is necessary to drive along an unpaved road that crosses chestnut woods, which characterize this unspoiled area. Upon arrival you are literally captivated by the incredible view of this part of the Alta Valdera protected area which surrounds the property, overshadowing the nice country house for sale, set right in the middle of its own grounds of about 1.5 hectares… Isolated enough (but not too much!) for those who want a return to country life and place the right distance between themselves and the world!
